.708 BAC. (Blood alcohol content for those not ‘in the know’)
That’s a wee bit high. If you have over a .40 BAC, you have a 1 in 2 shot of DYING from blood alcohol poisoning, let alone how impaired you would be behind the wheel of anything moving (except for maybe a unicycle).

That’s some number. Think of what most states consider “impaired”.

So, we circle back to .708. Why? Some woman in South Dakota was found with that BAC, passed out behind the wheel of a stolen vehicle. (STORY) Amazing. Nine times the “legal” amount in South Dakota. Oh, and then she stole her 2nd car 2 weeks later. It doesn’t say if she was drunk or not.
.708. That’s good for a winning football team. You’d be 12-4 at that point. In baseball, you’d be, well, freakin’ awesome and not allowed to play anymore. If you played basketball, you’d suck at the free throw line, but anywhere else (field goal wise), you’d be worshipped by adoring fans. In hockey, you’d suck as a goalie, but well respected as a goal scorer.
